Problem with player/group flags - GM cap = 0

Hi there.

I'm running TFS 0.3.4 and when I created a GM account to my friend he keeps with cap = 0, I changer it level, vocation, cap (in database) but he always get cap = 0.

These are my flags for GMs:

<group id="4" name="Gamemaster" flags="3808558964575" customFlags="257215" access="3" violationAccess="3" depotLimit="3000" maxVips="300" outfit="75"/>

I used those "online flag calculator" to add "Unlimited Capacity" but it doesn't solved my problem... :/
