Problem with promotion in tfs

Can everyone say me what i can do, because if i want to buy promotion the promoter always say: You already promoted
and i do not have it
a people say me with the problem in dp but i do not understand
can a people say it

use the new npc system from tfs 0.210 and not old npc system with new tfs.exe

You can search the npc if u use the serach function

yes i found the npc but it is the same :you are promoted
and it is tfs 2.10

It might have to do something here, look at your vocation, if you are a sorcerer, in most cases. You shoud have vocation id 1. Then make sure your "fromvoc" id is 1 too, or else you are beeing counted as a promoted character, since your allready from another vocation id.
