Windows Problem with run server's

Hello i have problem with this /\ .
This appear when i start server and i login in five second and crash and this information.

Computer:
Intel Core 2 Quad 4x 2,66 GHz
4GB Ram
Windows 2008 R2 Web Edition (64-bit)

Somobody know what it's with this ?
Maybe i must install somethink ? NetFramework or another ?

I try all The diamon server (8.54) TFS .

Have you look in config and so all ports are open

All port's is open.

First i have the map is so big and i must resize but this is not possible i change on Windows 64 bit and now it's problem with this.

I have on Dedicated Server there must be all port's unlocked.


You think this is problem with config ?

Try to dl Net Framework from microsoft.com

Downloading now dotnet v.3.5 Full package (231 mb)
I install and run the server.
I msg here what's happen.

Installed.
Nothing happen.
The same problem.
Changed config.lua to standart TFS and always the same problem ; /...
