Problem With Save?

Hello guys im with this problem in my server:

This happen when the player logaut in second time, stop save, if i log inside demons and die on ghoul i back to demons don't save anymore.

can somebody help me.

Windows Server 2008 R2

Im using a wampserver 2,5 + Gesior2012-TFS-0.4_rev_3703-.zip + trunk.r3777.r19.7z

When exactly do you get this? Does this happen to all new characters, after which actions, does this also happen when you create a new character and just relog?
