Problem with Shadow Coins

I just called to ZaoPay to get some SC coins, it was supposed do cost 10,35 brazilian coins (reais), i had 20,00 bc on my phone and was waiting to complete the process, but my credits were over and i got none SC coins. Can some GM, please, give my money back or give me the SC coins equall to what i paid??
