I just payed usin ZayPay and i've waited for 30 ,minutes and still waiting for my points how much time i'll need to wait?
 
If you were charged for a transaction and didn't receive your shop coins, the problem is usually between you and the payment gateway. You are therefore more likely to solve such issues by contacting the payment gateway. For ZayPay issues, please mail [email protected]. Tell them everything that they could possibly want to know to be able to help you, but always remember to tell them where you are from, your phone number and your payment codes.
