Linux Problem with starting the forgotten server

I have tried to run the: start tfs, but the status windows tells me it is inactive since the last time i ran the start command.

I have added the username and password for the MySQL.
I am wondering if it is that I havent created the database for the forgotten server. But I cannot access the phpMyAdmin.

Adding a screenshot if that helps at all.

I solved that problem setting in config.lua to run a MySql database and creating that database on PHPmyAdmin. It's a real problem that you have not acces to PHPmyAdmin. I think that you should check the root password for MySql when you log into Putty there is all this information in the first prompt mesagges.
