Problem with The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest

Hey guys i got problem with The Gravedigger of Drefia Quest

I do it with wiki, when i go to npc Elyen Ravenlock in mission 3.4 and write:

"
nothing happen, he dont answer for anything.

U need to have Omrabas's cape in your backpack, he gave u before this mission i guess, than u click on it and "use", but this has to be before u talk to Elyen, after that u say "scroll" to her, and she'll give u a flute, and finally u've to use this flute in 5 obelisk.

i used cape befor i talk with her and it doesnt help, all time i dont get nay answer
