Windows problem with the last RME version

well I have this problem when I open a map with my rme this turns gray and not black as it should be to mapi need help please thanks

ctrl+n to create new map. If thats the problem

now i can see it on black but i dont see the items on the map is just and empty map but i cant put items or terrain

press T and M
T for terrain and M for map

it doesnt make any change i still have the window of the map like not working

i have tried that, im still tryng to found a solution but i cant find it, i have vista but i dont this thats the problem

Does it give you an error on startup? That is saying "Cannot locate the DAT and/or SPR file" (Something like that) ??
