Problem with the PVP system, none can pvp

Hello!

I recently hosted my server and people noticed very fast that they couldn't fight. I had the "worldtype" on "openpvp", so i changed it to "hardcorepvp", reloaded with the reload command and it didnt work, tried "optionalpvp", same thing there.

It says something like "Turn secure mode off to be able to fight ..... . .. ", when i turn secure mode off by pressing on the hand thing it says "Sorry, not possible".

I dont know what the problem is but people can't pvp... I want them to be able to pvp if they want... Do i have to restart the server or what? cuz the reload command should work.

You have to switch the server off, then load it back up for effects in the config to take place. You can't reload it.
