Problem with TheForgottenServer quest system.

I dont have any clue how the hell it works >.<
I go on my Remeres and I set my chest like this:

But it doesn't work.
When I click in the chest it just get open like a normal chest/box with the Dwarven Shield inside.. Can anyone explain me how it works?

Can I see ur quests.lua? Or is it just the standard quest system ?

Standard..
I used to put set the unique id in the chest but someone told me that TFS changed his quest system, so, i was reading about it and I dont know where i read that i gotta set ActiondID: 2000 and any unique ID that there was not in use by other chest and in the contents hay should put the item but it doesnt work like that. >.<
