Problem with uniform server

hay all
I have a problem with uniform server I heard it is better that xampp so when I downloaded it and tried to open it this what I got

and these circles continue to keep turning like that for an hour so what should I do ?​

Start as a program, not a service.

I did and it is still the same

Grab this one on sourceforge. It's above the Coral's. works nicely and doesn't need installed. I don't know how well it will hold up to a heavy load though as I only have 4 people tops on my private server.
