problem with uniform server

I have a strange problem with uniform server
I had just setup a new windows and when I setup the program I got this

so what should I do to start apache ?

Have you tried to start it as service ? and is your Port 80 OPEN?

this is all the image I took for what happen with me and I don't know what is that I tried to kill system idle process but I couldn't I even tried to setup new windows but that didn't help
so I hope to find a solution for this

no I add the program to exceptions

I just want to know what is the problem ?

can any one tell me what is all the program uniserver need to be opened just to make sure that I have all of them
