Windows Problem with xampp

Hello everyone, i have problem with my IP? Early all right but now if i want go in my homepage to i can't get connection (if connection is of IP) if i write http://localhost/ page is allright. Nobody of my friends can't inputs on my homepage.

Whats is problem?

open poort 80 inside ur router and disable ur firewall

@Edit i can't add port 80 of Firewall in advenced settings, so how ?
