Problem With XAMPP

Hello Otlanders,I have been trying to run a website with XAMPP it worked the first time I tried and then when I restarted my PC Appache Wouldn't Start And I Don't Know Why,Does anyone know how to fix it?

open httpd.conf

search using ctrl +b all numbers 80 and put the number of the port that you want


also in google are more information

i changed it all to 8080 but still doesnt launch ;/
