What kind of card is it? A prepaid card? Those have always had issues.

Visa debit card... has a ton of money on it. All 3 have been Visa's.

Are you trying to buy premium for a recently bought account? I remember seeing somewhere (quite a while ago so this might be inaccurate) that the card needs to be from the same country as the account is registered to. If that's the case you won't be able to buy it until you change it.

Another reason could be that the cards you tried aren't able to purchase anything online, ofc you'd need to speak to your bank about that... If none of these apply then yea, as J.Dre said, email Cip.
