Problems in Rooms

my Guildhouse in liberty bay (ivy cottage) that some problems in the distribution of rooms. for example: when I distribute rooms for the members (aleta grav) I type a name of a player and when I type in another room for another person appears the name of another player, and there is even putting the aleta grav, the player can open the door, solve this problem please

I have the same problem on some floors of my house, but one floor works correctly.
