Problems launching apache.

Hello!

I'm trying to open apache. But doesn't work.
Why?

I'm using Xampplite, re-installed it and all.
It says that Skype.exe blocks the opening of apache.
But does not work even if I close skype, permanent.

When I'm opening C:\xampplite\apache\bin\httpd.exe

I get this kind of error, and it closes REALLY FAST.
PS. There are some words in swedish!

What do I have to do?
I can open mysql, but not apache.

Run xampp-portcheck.exe and see what's blocking port 80

Oh! Port 80 was free, but port 443 was blocked.
