Problems with accounts not showing up in phpmyadmin

Attempting to make my first character on my own server , accounts are working an able to log onto a character but the account nor player are showing up in PHPMyAdmin to edit privileges, any ideas?

I feel like asking every person who posts a problem on support without giving any additional information that would help resolve the problem.. how many fingers am I holding up.. and no its not one

Put yourself in our shoes, we have no idea what distro your using (aka server version), we don't know if your using a local web server (e.g. xampp, uniserver etc..) or a remote host, if you are using a pre-1.x server like something that supports sqlite, xml etc, this could be a reason.
