Compiling Problems with ITEMS.OTB (Help to compiling) forgotten 0.2.11pl2 for tibia 9.1

Well guys, i'm using the forgotten server v0.2.11pl2 for tibia 9.1 from talaturen, as you all know, and i'm using a global map, but, when i use the items.otb original from the v0.2.11pl2 the ZAO part of the map, are VERY VERY bugged, in the place of ground, have chests and in place of walls, have some random bugged items.

I fixed the problem using an OLD VERSION of ITEMS.OTB, and WOAH, all working good! but when i open the .exe, appears this in console:

ERROR: Unable to load items <OTB>!

i mean i need to compile the sources...

PLEASE HELP ME!
