Problems with loggin in!

Hello. I have few problems with people tryin to loggin but It wont work (They aint able to stablish any connection to the character list or anything, just like the server Is offline). I've tried to open these ports, 80, 3306,7171 and 7172. Changed the Ip in Config.lua to the Ip Adress I get from What Is My IP - Shows Your IP Address

Ports inside the config.lua
loginPort = 7171
gamePort = 7172
adminPort = 7171
statusPort = 7171

I would be very gratefull for any explanation that would solve my problem.

Did you use your IPv4 adres to open your ports and did you enabled portforwarding (if that is an option in your router)? If you did, do you have any firewall or antivirus (try to disable it or add exceptions)? Also it can help to restart your router if all these things didn't work.
Btw, you only need to forward 7171-7172 to login to your server, the others are for your site.
