sorry theres probably an easy answer to this but im kind of new to making ots.

Im able to put my ot up (SQL OT for 8.42)and log on myself but when I give my friends the ip address (found on whatsmyip.net)they cant log on. if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

how do i open the ports up? when i started my ot up it says

[01/05/2009 13:46:31] 7171 7172 i assume that means they are both open? and if they are my friend says he stil cant get on and hes using the right client and his ip changer is set to the right client and hes got the global ip
