Problems with ping only on one server

Hello, i have problem with ping on classictibia.com. 2 days before everything was ok but today i login and i have big lags. On cmd i checked i have ping 130+ on this server but in other servers i have only 20.. i asked admin of this server or other players about this problem but they can't help me :/

Try to create an account on www.d2server.net, kill some monsters, do some tasks, and check if the ping is ok. Also, try to sending to your friends it to check your outside connection.

if im using WTFast everything is ok i have to use it only for this server and i have to pay for this.. help me please
