problems with starting ot

hi, i followed a tuturial how to make an OT and everything was working fine:
[11/12/2008 13:27:45] >> EldinWorld Server Online!

but now i have one problem, i cant loggin on the server, when i try to log in i get an Error:
Error connection timed out.(10060)

what am i doing wrong?

1. All IP's are correct?
2. Maybe the IP Changer?

Thats what the problem sounds like.

as server Ip i just used my computer Ip. and Ip changer works fina normaly
