Problems with tibiaclient 10.53

i'm trying to enter to my client, it is a 10.53 tibiaclient and when i put the Ip in to the "changer ip" it doesn't work.. because i need to change the port "7171 to 7173" how can i fix it? how can i change the port 7171 to 7173? because in the otland changer ip it doesn't appear to change it.
