I Can Login To My Server......:(But No one Can Enter It Or Open The Site:(
 
which ports have you opened?
Do you have any firewall activated, or any antivirus activated. If so, inactivate them and try again.

Did you added your global ip (www.whatismyip.com) in config.lua?

We checked port 7171 on IP 197.160.230.210 and the port is closed!.........And I Added My Ip

When People Logs In It Says "Cant Connect To Login Server"

Make sure you opened the ports correctly in your router, you can do this by typing your router name and type in youtube or google with the word portforwarding, then you find tutorials how to porforward with your router.
You can also try to turn off windows firewall, you can also find tutorials about that on youtube if needed.
