[Proposal] Exeta Res/Utani Hur cooldowns

Hello,

Just small proposal from my side.
I'd like to know if is it possible to change cooldown of exeta res from 2 seconds to 1 second? Its not the big change, but it will help us (Knights) alot .

Same goes to utani hur. But idk if it won't disturb the power of paralyze rune, so it could be voted

Just show your opinions, hope that Mark/Hani will say theirs word in this subject also.

Post like this just show that you have never played as knight. Changing it wont apply something special or any advantage. It will just make our gameplay better.
