Does anyone know where edit to enable a new client 11.0?

I did not find here in the forum and I see that many people already have in their otservers .

There is no protocol 11, Newest client 11 uses protocol 10.97. Also login server is operated in php.

when I use 10.96 my client debbug (only work with 10.97 now) ?
