I don't mean to beat a dead horse here but there are a lot of players who use the same account/pass on every server they play. There is a big problem with people putting download and run servers online with account information stored in plain text so the owner can go through and try that information on other ots, real tibia, and in some extreme cases even emails.
I just want to give everyone a heads up that this is still going on and you should take the necessary precautions to protect your valuable information! Even if you have to write down all your passwords on a piece of paper, or email it to yourself so you never lose it. What ever it takes, just make sure to never use the same password twice on OT servers. It is good practice to use a unique password on everything in general, but at the very least you should do it for OT.
!!! DO NOT TRUST THE INTENTIONS OF ANYONE ON THE INTERNET TO BE GENUINE !!!
All it takes is 1 person to steal everything you have worked hard for.
