so i found this game called Psoul i dont know if its considered an ot or not it uses tibia textures but its not tibia at all..

just started trained my charmander in the sewers a bit

Used to play this sometimes with a brother long time ago,however we both stopped playing because we havent found a since english player lol. Btw if you're looking for a good poketibia server there are 2 worth checking: padventures (http://padventures.org) and pokexgames (https://www.pokexgames.com). I have decent pokemons on padventures and semi-noobish on pxg(forgot what server, i think its green but dont take my word on it). Im not playing any of those but maybe I can log on sometimes if someone joins me...
