Hi is it safe? Virustotal found PUA.Game Server. Anybody know more about this ?

PUA stands for Potentially Unwanted Application.
Seems like it was simply detected that there was an unidentified game server.
Though I cannot tell you if it's safe since you didn't give a link.
But I do assume it is safe, because no other Anti-Virus has found anything, and Ikarus only says it's a game server which might be unwanted.
