Pushing delay in new otbrserver

Hello I'm looking at this .cpp and I wanted to know if anyone has idea on how to edit the push delay of close range and delay on 1 sqm range

So, I'm looking at the script, and they're the same, where would I need to edit? theres 2 600 delay on the 2 sqm, and I the push isn't .6 seconds
And the first 1 sqm distance delay there isn't any delay that I can see from
