pvp-e Gain no exp (Too much level difference)

Hi. I have set my config and all that to pvp-e exactly as i want it, i just cant get this right

rateExperienceFromPlayers = 10.0

i've set it 10.0 now, I have a server were a player gets 5x in exp stage at lvl 501 + .

i made a level 500, and i made a level 410. The 410 killed the 500, gained NO exp.


I made a level 490 kill a level 500, he gained like 12 levels. :S Why is the level difference so high? What's the problem? I want a 350 to be able to kill a 500 and gain exp.

minLevelThresholdForKilledPlayer and maxLevelThresholdForKilledPlayer

default is 10% tolerance range

Thanks, but right now it says this:

minLevelThresholdForKilledPlayer = 0.9
	maxLevelThresholdForKilledPlayer = 1.1

People has started to cheat levling , killing each other to level up. I want it to be balanced and good. what do i set those to? any advice?
