PvP-enforced no experience of high lvl

good day

I'm using [9.8x] The Forgotten Server 0.2.15

Here Pvp-enforced the char only gain experience when you kill high level, low level kills when not win. Note protection level is disabled.

Could anyone help me with this?

That's just how the cip formula works, if you want something different you need to edit the formula in player.cpp
