How to make certain places Pvp-ENforced?

Example;

I wanna make whole Gengia city Pvp-enforced.

How do I make it ?

you need to go on remeres map editor and use the 'PvP Function' its a red flag, then use on whole 'City'.

when some1 was 0 hp, he just came back to life.
so he WAS IMMORTAL,

does anyone else know how to have the pvp-enforced script for a map
