PVPE Cheat exping

Hello otland i want to ask if someone have a nice script for "Cheat expers" on my server?

This is the problem.. When a level 100 kill his friend he gets level 106 then the level 100 kills the level 106 he get level 108 they keep doing like that until level 1k.. Someone have the script that if they kill same player like 10 times in 10 minutes he gets 20 levels down?

Or well any better script if you know

20 lvls down? rofl... Ye gogo Be skulled (if you got pvpe skull system on ur serv) or PZ lock with ur team, a guy comes hitting u with sd whole time and dies, 10th time you all loose 20 lvls, pro ;]
