(Quest) Item in chest help.

Okay I was just wondering, I have a quest made and it has 3 chests and your only aloud to pick ONE item. how can I make it so when the player chooses his/her item, they can't grab the other items in the chest. like for example.

lets say the three chests contain: Chest1-Demon armor chest2: demon legs chest3: demon helmet.

And I choose demon armor. then when i try and click on the other chests it says "It is empty" How can I make it do this? Thank you to all who reply!

The 3 chests should have the same action id and unique id so you can only get 1 item.
