Question about Elves

Im wondering in what version does
Elf Overseer and Firestarter Exist?

and is it possible to add it on 8.6 or 8.7

Can't you just take the sprite and put it into the 8.6 thingy, i'm totally worthless at all of this stuff but i'd figure you could just take the sprites and add a new monster called elf overseer?

IDK how, never worked with sprites tho. If someone knows how I could give him the .spr and he could add me both

Those are both the basic elf outfit.
You just need to add a new monster and adjust the colors. That elf outfit is existing for ages.
