Question about league of legends

My computer is running on windows vista and i got this error that says (failed to launch RADS/system/rads_user_kernel.exe) if you know how to fix this please post about it.

Have you tried reinstalling?

Been through this over and over basicly i need someone to use team viewer that knows about LoL to control my computer and help me figure out this problem and i cannot use league of legends website to help because i have to acutally login and i cant do that until i can login to the game and make a first character.
