Question about proxy

Hi, i have vps from canada and im looking into setting up a proxy to run automatically when client of my ot starts, so no more tibia tunnel, no ping and stuff, it already launches with proxy, i think the correct term is integrated proxy, any of you guys can put me into the right direction?
