Can anyone explain me what exactly means "interval2" and "margin" in raids.xml? And why "interval2", not "interval"?

Example:
XML: 
<raid name="Rats" file="Rats.xml" interval2="6000" margin="0" enabled="yes"/>
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
margin - If a raid was executed it takes atleast that time till the next raid
interval2 - The interval or chance which this raid has, to be execute

Calculation of the raid chance:

10000000 * (60 / interval2) has to be bigger than math.random(0, 10000000)
