Question about tfs version

i'm on my way to create a 8.60 server but my question is .. what is the better one ?
0.2.8 or 0.3.6 or 0.3.7 or 0.4

i need the stable one .. i don't care about feature .. i can add them >.< just need the stable one so . what do you prefer for me to pick ?

if you can add feature I suggest you to downgrade tfs 1.1 into 8.6 version

but as i saw in github there are many issues <3 .. so if tfs 1.1 is the best i will downgrade it then ... but i will read the whole source trying to fix the issues too
