Nicaw is most used by 7.6 servers, Gesior AAC(which was created by Gesior, and there has been many releases of different "editions" like Znote's one(which I recommend)) is the most used by download n' run server, or as we like to call "Money Maker Servers", but it's very very veeeery unsafe, and some of the editions are for either 0.2 or 0.3, Modern AAC(which is being developed by Stian and Paxton) is a safe AAC, and has a cleaner code, but most of "Money Maker Servers" don't use it because it doesn't have a Shop System included, although there's some nice shop system for sale, but as the "Money Maker Servers" wont spend a shit because they only want the money, but there is some shop system releases like IPACC(which I heard is unsafe) and Andrespro shop system(which is pretty cool, although I don't know if it's safe), but Modern AAC only supports 0.3+ and not 0.2.
Archez AAC(which is being developed by Archez and averatec(hope I'm spelling it correctly), has a good progress so far, and as I see, it's going to be one of the bests AAC's you can find.
Panda AAC(which is being developed by Chris) is going to be one of the bests too!(because of the name OFC!(I'm kidding, but seriously(nah! its because the developers is pro
))), and so far I've just seen one (picture ) and I see it has a good progress, so Panda<33 AAC pwnz!
although if you want to make a serious server, you may like to try MAAC(Modern AAC) or wait for AAAC(Archez AAC) or PAAC(Panda AAC)
so, in some words:

Modern AAC is one of the best AAC's releases
