If i sell somebody an account per paypal... he can chargeback the money???
means that everyone can be easily thiefed?
im not expert in this topic so please help

Yes. Anybody that sends you money, regardless of whether it's a gift or not, they can take their money back.

They can report their PayPal account 'hacked', within a certain amount of time, and PayPal usually gives their money back. My recommendation? Do not trade with unverified members. Usually, for someone who is verified, losing all the limits, etc. isn't worth closing the account unless the amount is a lot (then it's more likely). I have only experienced this once and the member was unverified.
