LunarForce will be based on the same foundations that ShadowCores, with that said I think you can figure out that the client version also will be the same as ShadowCores. I don't really know if ShadowCores supports both 9.80 and 9.81. However, it maintain just as ShadowCores is.
 
shadowcores supports 9.8 too, so if its the same base it should work, thanks
 
Yes, it will work to play with 9.8 client.
