Yes, they do. But it's VERY rarely and random spawn, because I've just seen one raid of Morgaroth and Ghazbaran in ShadowCores. So maybe it does spawn soon

No one asked about loot. I've just seen one because probably when I was offline then the raid started, so I'm not always online to check for the raid.
