Quests problems

Hey,

Well, I'm having alot of problems with quests on my OT.
When people get done with the quests the chests don't work.
You open the chest and its empty.
I tryed going to remeres map editor and putting items in the chests but it still doesnt work.
Anyone know what the problem is?
