Lua Quests

[Breakdown]

Okay, whats the simplest and easiest way to make quests with latest TFS release?


I hate having to make a new .lua file in actions/quest each time. Before it was nice just entering the item ID in unique id of a chest on map editor. I just want the simplest way of making quests, lol yet no one knows! Or wants to tell me. Before use to be easy all i had to do was place the item ID in the chest UniqueID - now its different. Cause i tried the above and it didnt work.

Anyways, help please!

unique = any that is not on use
and you just add the item !

You mean just enter the actionID as 2000 and make the uniqueID whatever item i want? If so it doesnt seem to work.

On SimOne map editor i entered 2000 as a chest actionID & 2647 as UniqueID but nothing. When i go ingame it doesnt let me click the chest or anything.

I just enter the id in the unique box, and it works fine for me aswell. I'm using the TFS version 0.32.

Doesnt work for me, i had the item ID in the UniqueID slot and when i went ingame i clicked the chest, nothing happened. Do i have to do anything in actions / actions.xml?

DUDE, YOU GOT TO PUT ACTION ID = 2000 , UID = WHATEVER YOU WANT.. ITEM: YOU RIGHT CLICK AND ITEM TO THE CHEST! AND CHEST'S DO NOT WORK WITH GMS!
