Windows quick question about an error in EX

[18/03/2012 16:27:04] OTSYS_SQLITE3_PREPARE(): SQLITE ERROR: no such table: z_ots_comunication (SELECT * FROM z_ots_comunication WHERE "type" = 'login'
This keeps popping up every like 30 seconds; and I was just woundering what it is trying to tell me... what do i need to fix? if anyone knows please let me know .

The error is pretty obvious in this case.

SQLITE ERROR: no such table: z_ots_comunication
