Hello.. I got an suggestion, many post are getting deleted every day..

isn't possible that a Mod Quote the post to the poster before he delete it?

if it was a BIIIIG post and very detailed.. but gets deleted for something is missing as rules says.. then the poster will be really mad because he don't want to re edit all that...

either the Mod quote it to the Posters PM or it's automatically sended to the poster

Isn't it possible for you to read stickied topics? Mods delete literally hundreds of trash topics every day, some being totally useless spam, some more or less sensible, but still not following the sections rules.

Currently there is no mod bot (was already suggested numerous times) and I doubt anyone will devote their private time to PM-chat with lazy people.

are you telling me.. that if you make a HUGE post... you wont miss any information which could get this post deleted? are you telling me that?

because I find it really annoying if I lose a big thread, because 1 word was missing from it...

Actually if some one forgets to put country/version in their advertisement I usually just provide that info based on the actual posts content, but if it's nowhere to be found - I delete the thread as well.

And please try to understand it - not a single mod will message 50 users/day with info that their thread was deleted because of one missing word. It is up to the users to follow the rules.

But I do agree that there should be a mod bot for this, quoting the message and reason for deletion - we usually provide it anyway for reference.

When you deleted posts, atleast tell the user. Or save it and send it to PM to the user, that way then can a new thread with the correct content.

Well, "hide post" and/or "hide thread" is a better solution. And then allow the original poster to still read it and maybe edit it to comply with the rules.
